A mixed demographic housing project for studio.

This housing proposal is composed of 3 main components. The “A Bars” (Towns running North/South), “B Bars” (glass circulation corridors running East/West) and “C Clips” (maisonette units along the Rideau façade). A few extra components are underground parking, commercial on grade, a café and a daycare.

Primary focus on creating a community and provide green space via various courtyard types (enclosed vs. open) as well as a variety of terrace types for units.
